Norma je identická s EN 23270:1991. Stanoví obecně podmínky teploty a relativní vlhkosti vzduchu pro kondicionování a zkoušení nátěrových hmot a jejich surovin. Pokud nejsou stanoveny jiné podmínky pro kondicionování a zkoušení kapalných nátěrových hmot a jejich surovin, mokrých a zaschlých nátěrů, používá se tato norma. ČSN EN 23270 (67 3008) byla vydána v březnu 1994. Nahradila ČSN 67 3008 ze 4.12.1984
