Tato norma předepisuje postup přípravy základních směsí pro hodnocení barviv v materiálech z měkčeného polyvinylchloridu a udává složení těchto základních směsí. Rozlišuje mezi základní směsí průhlednou a bílou. Základními složkami jsou homopolymer, plastifikátor, epoxidovaný olej, stabilizátor, lubrikant a pigment (oxid titaničitý).
