Tento dokument popisuje nedestruktivní metodu ověření (potvrzení) ryzosti klenotnických výrobků a polotovarů považovaných za homogenní, použitím metody ED-XRF (energiově disperzní rentgenová fluorescenční spektrometrie), včetně slitin uvedených v ISO 9202.
Tato metoda není vhodná pro žádné pokovené výrobky. Není možné používat zařízení pro WD-XRF (vlnově disperzní fluorescenční spektrometrie)
