Tato norma specifikuje metodiku stanovení neohesperidinu-dihydrochalkonu v potravinách. Metoda spočívá v extrakci neohesperidinu-dihydrochalkonu ze vzorku směsí methanolu a vody a následném stanovení metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. Detekce je prováděna spektrofotometricky v UV oblasti
