Each of these three elements are covered in more detail. The people element addresses leadership and workforce management issues associated with organizational change management. The process section discussed the impact on business processes. In addition, this section addresses application of business process changes in different types of business operations. The technology section provides a brief overview of the technologies most commonly associated with digital transformation. The impact these technologies can have within a business are reviewed. Finally, a section on organizational sustainability and its close interconnection with digital transformation is presented.
