Diese ÖNORM beschreibt die Freisetzung und Absorption von Cyaniden sowie 3 Bestimmungsmethoden für unterschiedliche Anwendungsbereiche: die photometrische Methode mit Pyridin/Barbitursäure (0,002 mg bis 0,025 mg in der Probe), die tit-rimetrische Methode unter Ausnutzung des Tyndall-Effektes (über 0,005 mg in der Probe) und die titrimetrische Methode mit Indikator (über 0,05 mg in der Probe).
