Annotation of standard text ÖNORM EN 12582 :

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehalts an Polyethylenglycol (PEG) von aromatischen und aliphatischen nichtionischen grenzflächenanktiven Stoffen der Formel R-(O-C2H4j)5 OH fest, wobei j5 der mittlere Ethoxylierungsgrad (EO)is t. Das Verfahren ist auf alle in Methanol oder Mischungen aus MethanolNVasser lösliche ethoxylierte Produkte anwendbar. Dieses Verfahren ist auf Massenanteile an PEG größer oder gleich 0,l % anwendbar. Das Verfahren ist nicht auf PEG mit einer molaren Masse kleiner 400 ghol anwendbar. Monomeres Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Triethylenglycol und Glycerin werden nicht erfaßt. ANMERKUNG Ein Verdampfungslichtstreudetektor (ELSD) ist für routinemäßige Verfahren geeignet.
