Dieses Dokument legt ein titrimetrisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Säurezahl von schwach gefärbten Fettsäure-Methylestern, nachstehend als FAME bezeichnet, fest. Es ermöglicht die Bestimmung der Säurezahl im Bereich von 0,10 mg KOH/g bis 1,00 mg KOH/g.
