Dieser Teil von EN 14469 legt ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Grundmischungen für die Prüfung von Farbmitteln in weichmacherhaltigem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-P) sowie die Zusammensetzung dieser Grundmischungen fest. Danach werden unterschieden: Grundmischung A (transparente Grundmischung), Grundmischung B (weiße Grundmischung).
