API STD 560 DATA SHEET, 2000 - Fired Heaters for General Refinery Services – Mechanical Equipment Data Sheet

This International Standard specifies requirements and gives recommendations for the design, materials, fabrication, inspection, testing, preparation for shipment, and erection of fired heaters, air preheaters, fans and burners for general refinery service.

This International Standard is not intended to apply to the design of steam reformers or pyrolysis furnaces. Standard560 Annex A equipment (component) Data Sheets in Microsoft Excel formatincluding:   a) Fired-heater data sheets: 12 sheets (6 in SI units, 6in USC units); b) Burner data sheets: 6 sheets (3 in SI units, 3 in USCunits); c) Air-preheater data sheets: 4 sheets (2 in SI units, 2in USC units); d) Fan data sheets: 4 sheets (2 in SI units, 2 in USCunits); e) Sootblower data sheets: 2 sheets (1 in SI units, 1 inUSC units).   See Clause 5 of API 560 forinstructions on using the equipment data sheets. Note that the purchaser shouldcomplete, as a minimum, those items that are designated by an asterisk (*).”
