1.1 This test method covers the determination of foots in raw linseed oil. Note-Test Method D1966, is a more reproducible method and can be used in place of Test Method D1954 upon mutual agreement between the purchaser and the seller.1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
