1.1 This test method covers the determination of the percent of volatile reactive monomer having a vapor pressure exceeding 0.1 Torr (13.3 Pa) at 25oC in an uncatalyzed solventless varnish. 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard.
